Quartz has become very popular in the last few years, as people love the coloration of gray on white. The only issue to be mindful of is that it is not heat resistant (like granite, marble, or natural stone).

Stainless steel appliances have been popular for quite some time, and there are more options like black stainless and slate that are showing up in higher end homes.

Soft close cabinets are very popular – almost everyone we’ve had through our open houses in the past year has checked to see if the cabinets are soft-close.
