Emerald Ridge Estates is now building!

Yellow lots are currently under construction, and the cabinets, tile, and exterior colors have been ordered.
Solid pink lots have been reserved for a pre-sold home, and striped pink lots are in the pre-reservation process.
Red lots have been completed and sold.

Emerald Ridge Estates is located in north Grand Junction, between 26 & 26½ Roads, north of H Road. As it is a new development, it is not yet showing on Google Maps. We have placed the plat map onto a google map for reference.

The highlighted lot below is the current sales office/showroom for Emerald Ridge Estates, located at 2648 Indian Jade Lane. Our permanent office is under construction at 2649 Emerald Ridge Lane, and we plan to move in September, 2021.

Our Builders

Filing 1 is currently available and there are homes under construction. There are 6 approved builders, and we invite you to meet with any or all of them to determine who you would like to work with to build your home. Many of our approved builders have won awards in the Grand Junction Parade of Homes over the past several years.

Our Models

If you drive through Emerald Ridge, you will see homes currently under construction. Please contact us for information about these homes, or to make an appointment to view them. The developer has asked that you not walk through homes under construction, as it is a safety hazard to you and to our contractors.

The Alexandrite Model is a 4 bedroom home. There are 3 variations to choose from, offering 2, 2½, or 3½ baths. Contact us to learn what we currently have under construction! The Turquoise model is a 4 bedroom, 2½ bath, 2459 square foot home with dual closets in the master suite. The Onyx is a 5 bedroom, 2½ bath 2-story home in Emerald Ridge Estates. There are 4 bedrooms, a dual room bathroom, and family room upstairs. The master suite is on the main level, and includes a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and semi private toilet room. It has access to a private patio as well. The Malachite is a 2513 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an attached storage shed.

All of the homes in Emerald Ridge Estates are custom or semi-custom homes. The model homes can be customized to fit your needs, or we can start from scratch and design the home that is perfect for you! More models are being added.

Our office/showroom is an example of the Emerald floor plan. We have a showroom available for you to choose your cabinets, tile, flooring, wall colors, and have a space for you to meet with your builder throughout the process of having your home built in Emerald Ridge.
