May had the same trends we have been seeing for a couple of months – prices are rising, however, we seem to have a few more homes available this year then there were in May 2018.
Homes are still selling for their asking price most of the time, so if you are looking to buy a home, you need to come with your best offer the first time. We have seen many homes with multiple offers made this year, and sellers have the option to choose the offer that best meets their needs.
