There is a rough-cut cedar pergola built at the west end that blocks a surprising amount of late afternoon sun.
The back yard has mature landscaping serviced by a timed & pressurized irrigation system. The irrigation water is supplied by the pumps maintained by the Adobe Falls Homeowners Association. The annual dues are $400 per year.
As with all homes in Adobe Falls, the split rail fencing is made of Nature’s Composite materials.
The grass wraps around the home from front to back.
The RV area runs along the north edge of the property, next to the garage.
The gate has yet to be completed, as we feel that the owner of the home should be able to put their unique stamp and personality on their gates. The privacy fencing to surround the RV area has already been installed. This is the only area that the covenants allow for fencing other than the split rail fencing.
This is the only two-story home in Adobe Falls at this time. The covenants include height limits on homes at the perimeters, and only a handful of lots will allow a two-story home to be built.
